GOAP is a technic used for AI in games, where you define Goals and Actions the Actor can take. Which it then uses to choose what to do. Eg. patrol area or kill player.
While studing at TGA we made a couple of games where I mostly was the one in charge of collision detection, handling and collision data.
Collision data was used if we wanted to add more handling for specific objects eg applying knock back.
I also worked with the AI in most of the projects, with the exception of Walter Volt, where I instead made an AI Behaviour Tree editor. Which was used of the proggramers that made the AI.
